Artificial Grass and Concrete

Can I hire a bouncy castle on artificial grass? Yes you can..
However we must be able to peg our inflatables in the ground in order for them to be safely secure. You must also have a soil base and not concrete. Therefore you will be left with holes in your lawn which may be noticeable, depending on your lawn type. Please do not book if you do not have either one of the above. Cottle's Castles will not be held responsible for any damage caused.
Please see the video below to see how our inflatables are installed on artificial grass.

Patio slabs, Block paving, Tarmac and Sandbags outdoors
We do not set up our bouncy castles on patio slabs, block paving, tarmac or using sandbags outdoors. The integrity of these surfaces is insufficient to safely secure the inflatable. Attaching the inflatable to slabs or paving blocks would only rely on the weight of the individual slab or brick, posing a potential safety risk. Additionally, using sandbags for anchoring is not feasible, as each sandbag typically weighs around 20kg. Our bouncy castles require a minimum of 163kg of resistance per anchor point, and even our smallest castle has six anchor points, necessitating a total of 54 sandbags. This quantity would exceed the weight capacity of our vans, rendering transportation impractical. Tarmac can be too soft for our bolts to hold securely. Soft play can be hired on any of these surfaces.
