How long will it take to set up and take away the bouncy castle?
A number of factors may alter this, but it usually takes around 15 minutes to set up a bouncy castle after delivery and 15 minutes to take the bouncy castle away at the end of your event.
However, to avoid any problems, please prepare for unforeseen circumstances and give us plenty of time either way to set up your inflatable - just in case!
How long will we get the bouncy castle we have hired for?
We usually deliver our party equipment in Essex and London in the morning and collect it in the late afternoon. Please specify if you have a specific time and we will try our best to meet it and will be as flexible as possible. However, this may vary due to other bookings.
Please let us know your delivery and collection times as far in advance as possible. Please also let us know if it is not possible to deliver your product early or collect it late, for instance if it is a venue booking.
We do also offer overnight bookings at an extra fee.
Can I hire your bouncy castles overnight?
Yes, we are happy to provide overnight bouncy castle hire in London and Essex, as long as the bouncy castle is located in a secure area. We charge an extra fee of £30 for this service.
Can we collect the products we have hired from you instead?
This usually depends on a number of factors. Please contact us directly. We may be unable to hire bouncy castles and other party equipment to you for health and safety or insurance reasons.
Can I have a bouncy castle set up in an indoor venue?
Yes, most of our bouncy castles and inflatables can be used indoors. Sand bags are usually used to hold the bouncy castle down during indoor hires - ground pegs are typically used outdoors.
Please let us know in advance if you are using our inflatables indoors, so we know the correct equipment to bring. Also, please check the height of your venue to ensure the bouncy castle fits! Please ensure you contact us and the venue owner to double-check.
Can I have a bouncy castle outdoors on artificial grass?
Please read our information about setting bouncy castles and inflatables up on artificial grass or Astroturf.
Can I use your bouncy castles in the rain?
We advise that you wait until the rain passes. However, if the inflatable is accidentally caught up in a downpour, please ensure you dry the castle to the best you can. A towel is suitable for this.
Some of our bouncy castles feature rain covers or have enclosed designs, such as our disco domes. While these are more suitable for rainy weather, they may be unable to cope with severe and adverse weather conditions.
Please feel free to contact us if you want to find out more information. We will be able to tell you about upcoming weather predictions and the suitability of individual products in these weather conditions. We may also be able to recommend local party venues in East London and South Essex that can accommodate your party at late notice.
What ages are your bouncy castles suitable for?
Although most of our bouncy castles are only suitable for use by children, we are pleased to also offer a range of adult bouncy castles, which include disco bouncy castles. Please check the description of each inflatable and contact us if there is any uncertainty.
Please note that it is unsafe for adults and children to use bouncy castles at the same time. Ensure there are no children on the bouncy castle before adults start to use it.
Do you have insurance for your bouncy castles?
We have £5 million in public liability insurance.
Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes. However, please give as much notice to us as possible. It may be impossible to provide refunds for last-minute cancellations. Written notice of your intent to cancel is preferable. See our full terms and conditions for details.
