I hired a disco bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday party and couldn’t have had a better experience. Absolutely excellent customer service as we had to make some last minute changes due to weather. Set up and delivery was great and on time. Really friendly and competent staff. The bouncy castle was clean and in great condition, and the speakers/microphone worked perfectly. Most importantly the children loved it. I highly recommend Cottle’s Castles and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant bouncy castle! The kids had an amazing time — it was clean, sturdy, and kept them entertained for hours. Setup and collection were quick and hassle-free and they even managed to extend my booking to keep it overnight very last minute. Highly recommended for any party or event. Thank you so much!

I planned a birthday party for my son’s 2nd birthday and chose cottles castle for the package as it was the best price I had seen. On the day the gentlemen who dropped everything off was 20 minutes early so I was happy that they were on time. This allowed me to set everything up straight away when I arrived. They communicated and were very prompt and clear about everything, I would definitely use them again!

I had a Package deal (Bouncy castle and complete soft play and ball pit package) for my daughter’s 1st Birthday Party. George and his team were absolutely amazing, so professional and friendly. It was so easy to book and I love that I had the option to make payments off the package before the date or cash or delivery. The kids had the best time (& so did the adult 😄), I highly recommend Cottles Castles and will be using them for all events in the future. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a bouncy castle with Cottles Castles in Romford for my daughter’s garden birthday party and the service was amazing, from responding to my queries via e-mail, easy booking, paying and deliver/collection. The bounce castle was delivered by a friendly gentleman, it was clean and secured safely. The team went above and beyond, with their friendly customer-focused approach. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again!

We have used Cottle's Castles several times and always receive 5 star service and products. We wouldn't use anyone else. We hired the large disco bouncy castle for my daughters 4th birthday in September and everything was amazing. Communication was great, the castle arrived on time and even though we have quite a few steps to get into our garden it was no problem for the team setting it up. Booked a disco dome and it arrived with plenty of time before my daughters party started, was cheeky and asked if they could collect after 6pm and arrived to collect almost 7pm. Great service and my daughter and her friends had a great time in the disco dome.

Booked the disco dome only a few days before Easter Sunday but was so pleased with the service and the disco dome itself was fabulous! Drop off and collection were both really well communicated. Very nice, friendly staff. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. 5 star!

George was able to sort me out soft play at really short notice. Arrived on time to deliver and pick up from our hired venue.
The children had lots of fun playing with it and it was a nice amount for the smaller children at the party.

We hired the unicorn castle for our daughters 9th birthday. Delivery was as promised and George was professional and friendly. The girls loved the castle and thankfully the rain held off until after the party. An added bonus of the storm (making the castle unusable that evening) was that they allowed us to keep the castle for the whole day on Saturday, meaning more friends could come and enjoy the fun (along with the hot tub- also hired through cottles- Essex Hot Tub Hire). We would definitely recommend this company and will use them for any celebration in the future. Thank you.

We hired Cottle’s princess bouncy castle for my daughter’s 6th birthday yesterday! My daughter and her friends loved the castle and had a great time playing!!

Quick delivery, George and the gang worked were polite and ensured that we were fully informed as to when the castle would be collected!

We used Cottle’s castles as they are so reasonably priced! Looking forward to using them again and excited to try out their candy floss machine next too!!!
