On the day
- We deliver and set up before 12 noon, then collect from 5pm. Overnight hire costs £40.
- From 1 November to 15 March, only our Winter Outdoors Hire range can be used outside.
- Indoors, we hold castles down with sandbags rather than ground pegs.

Which Upminster halls take children's parties?
St Laurence Parish Halls take one-off bookings for children's parties for under-11s, and St Matthew's Church Hall offers a four-hour children's party rate. Both are run by local churches, so book early for weekends.
Can we hold a teenager's party at the New Windmill Hall?
Check its booking policy first: the hall doesn't accept birthday parties for ages 13 to 21. For a teen party, consider a garden party with our inflatable games instead.
St Matthew's party slot ends at 7.30pm. Will collection fit around that?
Standard hires are collected from 5pm. If your hall has a strict lock-up time, let us know when you book so we can plan collection around it.
